I Thought it was always Summer Here!

When I learned Kevin was going to be stationed in Southern California, this is the image that immediately entered my mind. Yes, year-round sun, palm trees, all the cliches. Imagine my surprise when we moved here in September 2008 and our yard and roof was covered with leaves. I so didn't even comprehend there was Autumn in California. But of course there are fall leaves...it only makes sense if you have a scientific brain. Just wondering where I can get one of those.
